Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Bestaty for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. We will process the refund to your original payment method.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email billing@bestaty.com from the email address associated with your account
  2. Include your account ID or agency name
  3. Send the request within 30 days of your purchase

Refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record, and returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing in your dashboard, or by emailing billing@bestaty.com. Cancellation stops future renewals — you will retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.
